67.3% Petit Verdot, 12.7% Merlot - 2020. 20% Picpoul - 2019. Disgorged, native ferment, san soufre. Canted County (Lamesa, PV+Merlot) & Kubacak Vineyards (Picpoul), Texas High Plains. Yellow Apple, banana bread, sea breeze, limestone.

We've been crushing on Lambrusco for long enough, so we thought we'd make our version of it. Petit Verdot provides a great skeleton to build off of. It's super inky and weighty and rich. Merlot lends more dense fruit and a perception of sweetness, like many lambruscos carry. We blended a small amount of Picpoul in for acidity.
